Biography


I have spent over a decade working in the humanitarian field, mainly in war zones assisting refugees and IDPs. While this work is a critical part of who I am and what I have become; I view the creative arts as an area that I will continue to develop on a personal and professional level. During the past few years, I have become a photographer, filmmaker, producer, writer and more of a DJ. And a reiki practitioner. * In 2016 I wrote, produced and directed my first short film. Taboo: A short film tacking the issue of mental illness, as portrayed by an African woman. See link below to view. * Having completed another film script called, AWS: A Woman Shouts. I am currently engaged in trying to secure funding for this feature film in Kenya, thus looking for producers for this exciting film/script. * In 2017, I completed my first Novel: (Cli-Fi/Fantasy Environmental Dystopian theme). In discussion with publishers. I hope it will published in July 2018.
