Beautiful and very evasive insect that many will call "dragonfly". This is a damselfly, a lot smaller than the other sort. The easiest way to tell them apart is how they "park" their wings when resting. A dragonfly will spread the wings to the sides, while a damselfly collects them alongside the body.
