I am a mother of 5 beautiful children.. in middle of divorcing a Goblin King.. wannabe King anyway. My children are my life and first in my life.
The US Air Force was my career until I was medically retired in 2005 after being injured. I am now supposedly disabled but how can I be with a family. Also, I got a degree in Writing and Literature 25 years ago.. before doing 180 degree turn.. and joining the military to work in electronics and security systems.
Not that I am still any good at writing or my grammar. I am very much a freeverser. I get too impatient. I even just started to edit. I used to hate going over my own work. I write my emotions and feelings. It all comes out though sometimes in a jumble.
I tend to write dark even in my humor. My 21-year-old daughter calls me an adult Emo. But I do have some lightness in my shadows. It's there with its flashlight scaring the darkness with my blazing glow. BUT Darkness is an old friend of mine and likes to creep at the corner of my eye. It lingers leaning in my shadows. He tells me so many funny, dark comments. He likes my company too much to ever let me loose. He tells me the world is not always for me. He can be a sweet, manipulative, lying lover.. very jealous. But he can be the sweetest, honest, deepest lover too... very loyal.
I love to write and I bleed through my words. My life in my words.
