With clouds at bay
And sun shines bright

Birds in the sky
Taunt me to fly
Take off in flight
Soar to new height
An inch a mile
Charge just a smile
Live to be free
Roam not to flee
Feel warm down deep
Fear not to sleep
Take a deep breath
Think not of death
I dream a night
Where stars are bright
My eyes in awe
Find not a flaw
My mind not flee
Just think of me
To slow it down
With not a frown
Gaze at the moon
Glean far the loon
Fear not a thing
Hear my heart sing
Soft and so faint
This night I paint
All now can cease
A time for peace
